Almost Illegal aka Prince
**SOLD**
**Easily schooling 3' courses at home with junior rider**
For your consideration is a 15y/o 13.1hh Chestnut pony gelding with outstanding talent for the jumper ring.
Prince is currently being ridden and competed by Bev and George's 12y/o grandson Louis who is doing phenomenally with him. The pair began their competition season in the beginning of June and swept the Itty Bitty Jumper Division of 10 horses with 2 1sts and a 6th for the championship.
Prince never has a rail and jumps whatever you point him at. He has a natural lead change and a forward but controllable gallop which makes him quite the contender in the jumper ring. Prince is schooling 3' courses confidently with his 12y/o rider and moved up to the Low Schooling Jumpers in July 2010 and easily won his class with a beautiful clean round and jumpoff.
In addition to Prince's job as a Jumper, he is also teaching Bev and George's 9y/o granddaughter the ropes and has moved her up from the w/t division to confidently w/t/c and jumping simple 2' courses confidently. Talk about a pony worth his weight in gold!!!
**Because Prince can get strong, he rides in a 3-ring on the 2nd ring in the Jumper Ring but rides in a plain snaffle for lessons and his 9y/o charge.
Prince loads, clips, ties, and bathes easily. He stands for the farrier and vet without a hitch and is an easy keeper as he goes barefoot and eats a handful of grain a day.
Don't miss out on this great purchase, he will bring home the blues everytime out!
Prince is offered for sale at a reduced price to an approved home at $2500.
Show Record in 2010:
**Numerous Championships and Wins in the Itty Bitty Jumpers with 12y/o aboard.
**3 wins out of 3 attempts in the Low Schooling Jumpers with 12 y/o aboard.
**Winner of the 2010 Dalton Mini Prix with 15y/o catch rider who rode him once before the show.
**We also feel the need to mention that Prince has claimed one rail the entire season and that was after his rider failed to be a good pilot and ran his own knee into the standard, resulting in 4 faults!**
Krista catch rides "Almost Illegal" for us and wins Dalton's Mini Prix in 2010!
**SOLD**
Armed and Dangerous **Fancy enough for the show ring and quiet enough for trails!**
Offered for sale is a 2005 bay roan Quarter Horse cross mare who is broke english and western. Jasmine is quiet on the trails but is talented enough for the jumper ring. She was shown in 4H Production her 2y/o and 3y/o year and qualified for states both years. In 2010, Jasmine made her debut in the jumper ring where she accumulated just three rails all season! In September, she competed in Dalton's Mini Prix and placed 3rd, bringing home a brand new Pessoa bridle. She courses at 3'6 and shows at 2'9-3'. Limited funds put a restraint on showing which makes Jasmine's show record very limited but we are confident that with a solid show season she will be extremely impressive. Jasmine stands to be cross-tied, clipped and for the farrier and vet.Did we mention that she goes barefoot and has never taken a lame step in her life?!UTD on all shots and coggins. ** Sold****Leased for the 2011 Show Season!****Congrats to Meg Grimm!**
Easy to Spot Offered for lease is a 15y/o, 16.1hh Draft cross who is the perfect first horse for a junior or novice adult. Gypsy has a been there, done that attitude and has excelled in eventing, and the dressage and equitation rings. Gypsy was competed to the Novice Level eventing by her previous owner and is a solid 1st Level schoolmaster. She leg yields, shoulder-in, traverse, and with a little more work her half-pass will be there. She currently jumps 2'3-2'6 courses easily, no spook, no stop. She's light in your hand and overall a very easy ride. She can also teach lessons, beginner through advanced and is a barn favorite for her sweet personality and patience. Gypsy loads, clips, ties, and bathes easily. She stands for the farrier and vet and is an easy keeper as she goes barefoot, eats a handful of grain a day and prefers to live outside. Gypsy is being offered for half lease with 1 lesson per week included in fee. Half Lease Fee: $225/month **SOLD**Just A Star
Offered for lease is a wonderful and kind 17hh, 7y/o Hanovarian/TB cross gelding sired by winning 4' hunter stallion, Just the Best. Spinach, was used by his previous owner at a therapeutic riding center for teaching handicap children so he gets can A for being quiet and reasonable in our book! We purchased him in December 2009 and as he was still very green and growing into his big body, we brought him along slowly. The summer of 2010, Spinach made his debut in the 2' hunters where he acted like an old pro. Always in the top ribbons in the hack and demonstrates great talent over fences. He is now happily schooling 2'6-2'9 courses at home and will move up to the 2'6 division in 2011. Whether a young student or a pro is aboard, Spinach is the same horse. Spur and stick quiet with little to no spook makes him reliable and a barn favorite. Spinach loads, clips, ties, and bathes easily. He stands for the farrier and vet and wears just front shoes. He rides in a plain kk ultra loose ring snaffle. Spinach is being offered for half lease with 1 lesson per week included in fee. Showing opportunities are available. Half Lease Fee: $225/monthSale Price $3000.00
